Businessballs is a free ethical learning and development resource for people and organizations, run by Alan Chapman, in Leicester, England. It contains tools, diagrams, exercises, quizzes, and much else besides.

Mindtools

A personal development  website. A lot of the content is available for free, although there are charges to download their e-books.

CreatingMinds.org

A site focused on creative problem solving.

Buzanworld

The frankly ridiculously named website of the otherwise great Tony Buzan, inventor of the mind map, and author of more books than you can shake a stick at (that's more than 100, in case you were interested).

FreeMind

A very good open source mind mapping program.

XP Freeware

Part of the "Optimise XP" webguide, but a well maintained and useful guide to decent  freeware, (including alternatives to expensive commercial software) for which makes any attempt I might make totally redundant. Other parts of the site cover optimisation and securing XP.
